The Conversation Prism by Brian Solis shows us how far the human connection runs.There’s no more B2B or B2C. It’s H2H.¬†Business don’t have emotions.¬† Humans need to connect with something bigger than themselves in a big crowd.¬†What is a crowd?¬† Membership or non-membership, a crowd is dependent on moral values of a human.¬† Do the wave model and have a social stadium.

Some brands get this and are doing a great job of connecting with people.  Look at Air BNB as one of those brand that get this.

  1. Secret #1: Have a simple Human Concept
  2. Secret #2: Have a structured plan with a calendar
  3. Secret #3: Invite people to the party
  4. Secret #4: Apply the rules of Improv

A great example of a social media campaign that make ideas crowdworthy was the #ALSICEBucketChallenge which raised 100 million dollars. They applied a simple concept to pour water over your head or donate to their funding in 24 hours.  Three people must be nominated and the rules of improv.
