Highlevel A2P 10DLC Registration Steps

Register for the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) Onboarding guide compliance registration for your business in 2023. A2P 10DLC is a messaging framework introduced by the wireless industry in the United States to regulate and improve the delivery of Application-to-Person text messages. It aims to address issues related to spam and unwanted messages on long codes while ensuring legitimate businesses can continue using text messaging for communication with their customers. Since you send messages to the United States using long code numbers, you must start the process by registering your numbers based on your Tax ID status, volume, and use case. If you have a Tax ID (EIN) and send over 6,000 message segments daily (you could if you messaged your entire account contacts long-term), you should re-register for appropriate campaign types (marketing campaigns) within Standard Brands. It will be the best strategy to stop using local & mobile numbers and start using Toll-Free numbers in order to prevent All SMS and MMS messages sent to US phone numbers from unregistered 10DLC phone numbers(Local and Mobile) being blocked after August 31, 2023 in Highlevel.
