As you know, I caught your Linkedin publisher post regarding The Zen Office Suites video competition as a result of your needs for the best Digital Marketing professional in Denver to share a growing office space to identify and show clients what can be done for their business.

I want to grow my Marketing Consultant business under your roof with a strategic long-term partnership to help each other grow. A beautiful space to meet with clients, a small video studio to produce out of this world videos, and having you help provide me with clients for our business with this exposure is a partnership dream come true. I’m proud to say today this is my best marketing video below I can send you that was created in three weeks in multiple states thanks to my amazing digital marketing team of five and Cinematographer, Editor, and Motion Graphics Artist Patrick Howe for my already established marketing and education technology company Global Social Media Marketing in Denver, Colorado. Great job on the video. I really like when Ben talks about moving the company to downtown Denver. The video looks and feels professional and I’m certain is going to be a hit with your new and existing clients. Ben, you come across and confident and comfortable on camera. Well done.

I am pleased to announce that Benjamin was the hands-down winner of the contest and will be getting free office space at zen office suites.

The Zen office suite is located on 717 17th St, Suite 1900 in downtown Denver. We have a wide variety of professionals including oil and gas, legal, real estate, and other services all of which are in need of marketing services. This contest was about finding the right partner in the marketing space to present as an option to our tenants including myself.

Your office space will be a cubicle located near my space and I’m hoping we can use the space to collaborate on marketing projects growing both of our businesses and expanding your marketing services to our varying and growing list of tenants.

Next steps are a meeting to show you the office. The proposed move-in date is January 1st, 2019.

If possible, I’d like to meet with you on Thursday to show you space and introduce you to the office manager. Please use this move in as an opportunity to share with your clients and hopefully gain more business. I’m looking forward to working with you.
