- Set up SMTP/ Mailgun service by making a Mailgun account (must be at least in the foundation 50k plan or replies won’t be sent). In Mailgun, go to the sending tab > add new domain > create sending subdomain (ours is replies.globalsocialmediamarkeitng.com). Once the subdomain is created, you will be given 5 records that must be created in the DNS provider. After that is complete (you will receive an email confirming the subdomain has been created), go to settings > API Keys, then copy the key. Next, in GHL, go to agency view > settings > Mailgun > and paste the key. Finally, you want to head over to the SMPT Service tab (right next to the Mailgun tab) and select the subdomain that was just created as the default provider. Once this is done, GHL will be able to send/receive messages.
- Set up Twilio by going to settings in the agency view in GHL. Click Twilio and paste account SID and Auth Token from inside your twilio account.
- Stripe account setup: Take the key and special password located in stripe and paste them into GHL under stripe integration in GHL settings.
- Calendars already set up – Solar Leads Calendar, Onboarding Call, Booking, Booking request (none are in use)
- Can’t show video/just a call
- Add account employees: to add an employee that can have their own access to GHL go to agency view > team management > add employee. Here, you can add employee information, adjust their permissions and give them their own password to use to sign in to GHL.
